If you wish to return or exchange a product , please contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery ! The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he wishes to cancel the sale, without penalty and without question, within 14 calendar days starting from the day after the delivery date or in conclusion with the services agreement.
1. How to place your order?
Once you have made your choice, just click on the right size in the window next to the article - it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. Until you checkout, no sale is completed. You may edit, remove or add items to your cart at any time.
When you are finished choosing, all you need to do is access your shopping cart and checkout with the items you currently have in your cart. Then you must enter your personal details. Please double-check your details.
Your order is confirmed once we received your payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and the items will be placed back on our website.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided.
In the event that an item is ordered at the same time by more than one customer, the first order received will be given priority. We will inform the other customer and look for another solution : similar article, other size etc.
2. Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact and Maestro
Undies4men has chosen Europabank as its Secure Payment provider. Europabank e-Commerce is a payment solution designed for electronic commerce. When you indicate that you wish to make a payment, Undies4men redirects you to the Europabank website. Europabank e-Commerce collects the necessary information and processes the payment request. After payment verification, Europabank notifies us and returns you to the website of Undies4men.
All of your personal and credit card data are encrypted (SSL encryption) for complete security. No other party can access your data. All orders through our website are payable by the following credit cards only (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro). Your credit card will only be charged at the time of dispatch, after verification of the availability of the ordered item(s). No parcels will be sent if a payment is rejected, for any reason at all.
Additionally Bancontact enables you to pay with your smarpthone by scanning the QR code.
Payment by wire transfer
If you choose to pay by wire transfer you will receive a confirmation email with payment details. Your payment should reach us within 7 days otherwise we will place your chosen items back on our website. Once we have received your transfer we will send you a further confirmation email.

For all payment methods you will not receive your order until we have received payment.
3. Delivery
Belgium : Undies4men will deliver your order through Bpost (Bpack 24h pro) after successfully receiving payment. Your package will be delivered to the address of your choice - but will need to be signed for upon receipt. You can choose any address for delivery: a neighbour, your workplace, a family member.
If no one is at the address to sign the postman will leave a note in your mailbox with the details of the package. This gives you two options: either you take the note to the post office and pick up the package yourself or you call the number on the note and ask for a second delivery. All our orders are securely packed with care in a special box.
Other countries : Standard delivery with Bpost (Bpack World Business).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In Belgium: usually within 24 hours from the time we send your package for shipping but please allow 1 to 3 days for delivery.
All other countries : delivery is between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the country of destination.
Delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or refuse the goods nor demand compensation.
Damaged or lost goods
In accordance with the law on commercial practices, damaged or lost goods are at the expense of Undies4men. If you receive your goods in a damaged condition, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. In the unlikely event that your goods are lost, please contact us. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system. Any violation will be prosecuted accordingly.
How much does delivery cost?
Allthough we make a small charge for delivery - just think of the convenience of being able to order 24/7 anywhere in the world and the convenience of avoiding the hassle and expense of high street shopping.

4. Exchanges and return.
If you wish a refund or to exchange the product , please contact us within 14 calendar days of taking delivery of your items.
The consumer has the right to notify the seller that he wishes to cancel the sale, without penalty and without reason, within 14 calendar days from the day after the delivery date of the product or the conclusion of the services agreement.
How do we run this smoothly?
If you wish to return any item, please notify us by email at info@undies4men.be. It is vital you email us before you post your items back to us. We will look together for the best solution. Talking always helps.
Through our bpack World Easy Return service we offer returns in 23 countries already. We will mail you a return label. After receiving our response and finding the perfect solution we expect your return within 5 days. Simply attach the label on the box or envelope and send the package back through a local post office in most European countries. The shipment can be followed by the Track & Trace service of bpost.
For hygienic reasons we ask you not to return used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged items. In the event that the consumer used the returned item(s) more than necessary to decide whether he wishes to keep the good(s), the loss in value will be charged to the consumer. Please return the goods in the original package.
In case of goods found to be damaged upon delivery, you must inform us immediately by emailing info@undies4men.be. We will then contact you to resolve the issue. We can only accept genuinely damaged items - not goods where you attempted repair or you did not follow the manufacturers washing instructions.
How to return your package ?
Attach the return label bpack World Easy Return (available in 23 countries see below) on the box or envelope.
We offer the return service bpack World Easy Return in the following countries: Belgium, Luxemburg, Netherlands, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Austria, Finland, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Ireland, Czech, Republic, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia & Slovenia. Attach this label on the box or envelope and go to your local post office. For your return shipment we charge a supplement of 3.95 €, which will be deducted from your refund. The shipment can be followed by Track & Trace. For all other countries you also need to go to your local post office to return the package but shipment will be completely at your charge.
We cannot be held responsible for a loss of your shipment. Please ensure both yours and our addresses are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. Inside your parcel please provide your name and address. You can use your original invoice or just pop them on a piece of a paper.
Returns or exchanges which have not been reported to us in advance will not be refunded.
Once we have accepted your return you can either choose another article or opt for a refund. If you choose the latter please send us by mail your bank account number (and if possible your IBAN and BIC code)
If all conditions have been fulfilled Undies4men will refund you the full amount of the article(s) less the return supplement (3.95 €) within 15 days.
