In BELGIUM usually within 24 hours we hand your package over to our shipping partner Bpost. Please allow 1 to 3 days for delivery.

• PICK-UP POINT or PARCEL LOCKER - 5.50 EUR / FREE FOR ORDERS OF 75 EUR OR MORE (after discount) 

Saturday Delivery (Optional) - an additional cost of 2.50 EUR

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your purchase from Undies4men.be.
If you wish to return any item, please notify us by e-mail at info@undies4men.be.
We offer return services in most of the EU countries. After you have contacted us we will mail you a return label. 
Simply attach the label onto the box or envelope and send the package back through your local post office. For the return shipment we charge a fixed small amount of 3,95 €, which will be deducted from your refund. 

For hygienic reasons we ask you not to return used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged items. In the event that the consumer used the returned item(s) more than necessary to decide whether he wishes to keep the good(s), the loss in value will be charged to the consumer. Please return the goods in the original package, including all the labels.
